Bhelpuri recipe - Indian chaat recipes

Ingredients:

  1. Big bowl of puffed rice

  2. Bhujia sev

  3. Cut boiled potatoes, finely chopped onions, grated carrots

  4. chopped coriander leaves, peanuts, green chilis chopped

  5. tamarind sweet sauce, coriander sauce

  6. chickpea cake (dhokla recipe - COMING SOON)

  7. Himalayan pink salt, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, mustard oil


Preparation time: 15 mins

Spice level: Medium

  • Add all the vegetables into a big bowl.

  • Add 0.25 TSP Himalayan pink salt, 0.5 TSP red chili powder, 0.25 TSP garam masala, 0.25 TSP cumin powder, 0.5 TSP mustard oil, 1 TSP each of coriander chutney and sweet tamarind chutney.

  • Then break the dhokla into small pieces and mix well. Sprinkle any peanuts and chopped green chilis.. Mix mix mix....

  • Add the big bowl of bhel puri and again Mix Mix Mix....

  • Top it with some coriander leaves, bhujia sev, sweet tamarind sauce/chutney, coriander green chutney/sauce.
