Guava curry - Tangy fruit curry ideas

Hi there! Let us make an instant and quick fruit curry! For all of you who want to keep the health value at its peak and have something with a burst of flavor try this Guava curry!
Ingredients:
1. Tempering essentials
asafoetida
black cumin seeds and cumin seeds
mustard seeds
chopped green chillis - 2
oil
2. bay leaves
3. salt, pepper
4. water
5. 2 guavas cut into bite-size pieces
6. turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powder
7. sugar
8. powdered red chillis
9. Fermented bean paste (optional)
10. sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation and Cooking time: 10 - 15 mins

Tempering:
In a pan heat 2TBSP vegetable or cooking oil on low flame.
Add 0.25 TSP each of cumin and mustard seeds, black cumin seeds, asafoetida, 2 chopped green chillis.
Recipe cont:
Add 2 chopped guava, 0.5 cup water, and 2 bay leaves.
Then add them to a pot of boiling water with some salt and cook for 5-10 mins.
Mix well and add 1 TSP salt and 0.25 TSP turmeric powder, 1 TSP red chilli powder, 0.25 TSP garam masala, 1.5 TSP sugar, 2 TSP coriander powder.
Cook until the fruit softens for about 5 mins and serve
