Chia seed + Mango custard recipe!
Chia seed is an antioxidant, a good source of calcium, and provides insoluble fiber which keeps full for a longer time.
Mango is high in antioxidants, boosts immunity, supports heart health, improves hair and skin health.
Ingredients:
1 large mango
150 ml milk
2 TSP. honey ( as per the taste of mango)
2 TSP chia-seed (soaked overnight in water or soaked in lukewarm water for 2 hours)
Few strands of saffron
Few almonds and 1 fig fruit
Recipe:
Grind 3/4 parts of mango with milk in mixie and cut rest mango into small pieces.
Add Chia - seed, and honey and mix it properly.
Add mango pieces and decorate with almonds and saffron.
