Immunity Booster Custard Without Custard powder

Chia seed + Mango custard recipe!

  • Chia seed is an antioxidant, a good source of calcium, and provides insoluble fiber which keeps full for a longer time.

  • Mango is high in antioxidants, boosts immunity, supports heart health, improves hair and skin health.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 large mango

  2. 150 ml milk

  3. 2 TSP. honey ( as per the taste of mango)

  4. 2 TSP chia-seed (soaked overnight in water or soaked in lukewarm water for 2 hours)

  5. Few strands of saffron

  6. Few almonds and 1 fig fruit

Recipe:

  1. Grind 3/4 parts of mango with milk in mixie and cut rest mango into small pieces.

  2. Add Chia - seed, and honey and mix it properly.

  3. Add mango pieces and decorate with almonds and saffron.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 large apple

  2. 150 ml. milk

  3. 2 TSP. honey ( as per the taste of mango)

  4. 2 TSP chia-seed (soaked overnight in water or soaked in lukewarm water for 2 hours)

  5. Berries (as per taste)

Recipe:

  1. Grind 3/4 parts of apple with milk in mixie and cut rest apple in small pieces.

  2. Add Chia - seed, and honey and mix it properly.

  3. Add mango pieces and decorate with almonds and saffron.
