3 simple ingredients and no preservatives for this Strawberry preserve. Freeze it for longer use. Enjoy this convenient and easy recipe.
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 8 mins

Ingredients:
1 pound diced strawberries
cinnamon powder (optional)
2 TBSP honey
2 TBSP chia seeds
Recipe to make Strawberry preserve:
Wash the fruit properly.
Chop the strawberries so that it is easier to press them while cooking.
Add these into a big heated pot and continuously stir it. This takes about 4 mins on medium high flame.
At the end of 4 mins a lot of water and juices are exuded from the mix. Press the strawberries with a pressing tool or a fork or the back of a spoon.
Mix it for another 4 mins and add a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
