Three-ingredient Strawberry Preserve | Easy and healthy strawberry jam without sugar by Tulita aahar

3 simple ingredients and no preservatives for this Strawberry preserve. Freeze it for longer use. Enjoy this convenient and easy recipe.

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 8 mins


Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound diced strawberries

  2. cinnamon powder (optional)

  3. 2 TBSP honey

  4. 2 TBSP chia seeds




Recipe to make Strawberry preserve:

  1. Wash the fruit properly.

  2. Chop the strawberries so that it is easier to press them while cooking.

  3. Add these into a big heated pot and continuously stir it. This takes about 4 mins on medium high flame.

  4. At the end of 4 mins a lot of water and juices are exuded from the mix. Press the strawberries with a pressing tool or a fork or the back of a spoon.

  5. Mix it for another 4 mins and add a pinch of cinnamon if you like.

  6. Ready!! :)
