Unique Mojito Recipe - Pani-puri flavor by Tulita aahar

A tangy and flavorful refreshing drink for the summer vibing. Hope you enjoy the non-alcoholic version of the Mojito in the famous Indian street food flavor (pain puri).

Preparation time: 10 mins


Ingredients:

  1. 2 TSP raw mango pulp

  2. 1 TSP mint leaves pulp

  3. green chili

  4. 1 TSP jaggery powder

  5. 1/4 TSP ginger juice, jaljeera powder, water

  6. fresh mint leaves

  7. 2 slices of lime

  8. ice cubes

  9. Sprite or any other sweetened soda

  10. Pinch of salt (optional)


Recipe to make Pani puri mojito:

  1. Add 2 TSP raw mango pulp, 2 TSP mint pulp and 1 slice of lime, and some fresh mint leaves in a glass.

  2. Crush all of this with a mojito muddler or a blender or some press to crush the ingredients to infuse flavors.

  3. Add 1/4 TSP ginger juice, jaljeera powder, 1 TSP jaggery powder, and some ginger juice to the mixture.

  4. Add 1 more slice of lime and crush again, then add 1/4 glass of water.

  5. Mix well to infuse all the flavors together.

  6. Add ice cubes and fill the glass with Sprite or any sweetened soda.

  7. Mix well and decorate with some more fresh mint and lime as you'd like.

  8. Enjoy this refreshing drink.
